Alex is principal solicitor of Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers. He has 20 years experience in commercial law with a keen interest in immigration law. Alex has experience appearing before the Tribunal and all jurisdictions of the Courts for over 29 years and is committed to achieving the best possible results for clients.
Outside of his work as a lawyer, Alex enjoys surfing, travelling and exercise.

Emma is a Senior Consultant with Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers and has been working with Ray and Sai for several years.
Emma is a senior migration agent with experience that started working in the Department of Immigration, and with lodging her own Partner Visa application. These experiences have driven Emma to help clients to achieve the best possible outcomes with respect, support, dedication, and a determination to succeed for you, for your family, for your business. Emma is dedicated to social justice, and the belief that a better world is possible. Emma has a particular interest in complex submission work and understanding your story. With a background in banking and finance, and experience in running a small construction business Emma can help you build your business and understand how to present your needs for the best chance of success.
Outside of work, Emma loves weightlifting, reading, travelling, and spending time with family.
Charmaine Chong Bachelor of Laws (BondUni), GDLP

Charmaine is a solicitor with Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers, and she is passionate about helping people navigate their migration journey and build a new life in Australia. Originally from Malaysia, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work and speaks several languages, including Malay, Cantonese, Hokkien and a bit of Mandarin, something many of her clients find helpful and reassuring during what can be a stressful process.
Charmaine is a dedicated solicitor with a strong focus on partner visas and complex immigration matters. She finds it deeply fulfilling to assist couples in reuniting and beginning their lives together in Australia. She views migration as a life-changing journey and considers it a privilege to support clients through the legal steps toward achieving their goals in Australia.
Outside of her professional life, Charmaine enjoys exploring various cafes and restaurants, sampling diverse cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Sai Priya Sivalohan is a senior associate of Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers. Sai is an experienced litigator who has been representing clients before the Tribunal and all jurisdictions of the Courts for over 5 years. Sai enjoys the challenges and intricacies of immigration law and is dedicated to helping clients navigate their legal issues to help them achieve a positive outcome. Sai has a particular interest in character, refugee and complex appeal matters.
Outside of her work as a lawyer, Sai enjoys travelling, exercising and spending time with her family.

Ray Turner is an accredited specialist in immigration law, principal solicitor of Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers and highly experienced litigator with over 35 years of experience in immigration law. Ray has extensive experience appearing before the Tribunals and all jurisdictions of the Court. Ray is committed and willing to take on complex and challenging cases to ensure that his clients have the best possible chance of success.
Ray was the first lawyer in NSW to take on section 501 character cases and therefore, has the knowledge and skills to assist clients who face deportation. Ray has a multicultural and multilingual client base and approaches each case with a keen eye for detail.
Ray is also an editor for the immigration section of Lexus Nexus Law Review and has also been recognised by Doyles as a Leading Immigration Lawyer in NSW for 2024
Outside of his work as a litigator, Ray an interest in racehorses, enjoys cooking and travelling the world.
