The best interest of the children are always given paramount importance

Ray Turner Immigration Lawyers has succeeded in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) against the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. In this case, the Court found that the Tribunal had overlooked evidence that was centrally relevant to the best interests of the children. We were able to prove to the Courts that the evidence as to why the children should not be removed from Australia including language difficulties and gender discrimination were overlooked and had the Tribunal considered this evidence, the Tribunal could have made a different decision.

This case deals with an important principle which is the best interests of the children are of paramount importance to all legal decisions and this has been proven time and time again through decisions made by the Courts.
