In this case, the Court found that the Tribunal had overlooked evidence that was centrally relevant to the best interests of the children. We were able to prove to the Courts that the evidence as to why the children should not be removed from Australia including language difficulties and gender discrimination were overlooked and had the Tribunal considered this evidence, the Tribunal could have made a different decision.
